healthAlliance Finance & Corporate Services removes the burden of non-clinical functions for our partners, the four Northern Region DHBs and their associates. We do this by providing financial transaction processing, financial accounting and reporting.
The Finance and Strategy group also provides internal support to drive best practice across all healthAlliance services and financial support to the healthAlliance business.
Financial control services include accounts receivable and collections, monthly and annual financial reporting, maintaining the fixed asset registers and management of the general ledgers.
We provide financial reporting and performance measurement in addition to annual and monthly budgeting, monthly forecasting and verification of procurement savings.
The Patient Eligibility service ensures all patients that are not eligible to receive publicly funded health care are invoiced for their treatment.
