Everyone's work/life balance needs are different so, where possible, we provide a range of flexible work options. These include flexible working hours, condensed hours, working from home, job sharing, part-time work, or roles tailored around school hours. We also have a range of flexible approaches to leave beyond legislated requirements, inclduing 10 days sick leave per year if you're sick or need to care for a dependant. We also exceed legislative requirements for parental leave.
