Project & Programme Services

The Project and Programme Services division of healthAlliance was established to provide leadership, management processes and disciplines to support effective and efficient delivery for more than 250 projects.

The team in Project and Programme Services ensure that all projects are planned, prioritised and delivered to the required outcomes and standards and in line with customer expectations.

We work in partnership with the DHBs and their health provider partners to ensure projects deliver a positive return on investment and enable improved delivery of care and ultimately improved patient outcomes.
