How to use the portal
Who can use this portal?
This IT Services Portal is for Te Whatu Ora Northern Region staff. You can access the Services Portal to get IT support, log a fault with the IT Service Desk, order software or devices, or find self-help guides. To make remote working easier, the portal can be accessed without using Citrix.
How to get help accessing the Portal
Step 1
You must be using Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser.
The Portal may not work on Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge or Safari.
Step 2
Check you are set up for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Read the guide
If you are already registered with MFA, go to step 2.
Step 3
Go to the IT Portal.
