Our Leaders - Myles Ward

Myles Ward

CEO, healthAlliance NZ

Myles Ward is the Chief Executive Officer of healthAlliance and has over 15 years of public and private sector senior ICT related leadership experience.  He has a background in operating large scale and complex ICT environments with a record of successfully delivering substantial technology related change and transformations.  Myles was the former Chief Technology Officer at Inland Revenue and was primarily focused on its strategic direction and the technology aspects of the company’s business transformation.

Prior to this, Myles was working in the financial sector with Westpac Banking Corporation.  He has a Business Degree from Massey and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration through Monash and Victoria University. Myles also has previous experience as the international Co-Chair of the ISO working group for the investigation and development of global standards for IT governance.



Fiona Harnett

CFO & GM, Finance & Corporate Services

Fiona is our Chief Financial Officer and has 20 years’ experience working in senior finance and management roles in the New Zealand marketplace.  She joined us after 11 years at Vodafone New Zealand where she held general management positions in both finance operations and commercial finance.

Fiona has been responsible for running shared service operations for other entities in the Vodafone group and managing offshore and out sourced shared service providers.  Her experience includes a number of large and complex IT system implementations including SAP finance systems, payment systems and customer relationship management systems. She believes strongly in the value of good people management, leadership and culture.

Prior to Vodafone New Zealand, Fiona held finance roles at DB Breweries Limited, Air New Zealand and Deloitte. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Institute of Directors.



Our Leaders - Trish Langridge

Trish Langridge

General Manager, Customer Services

Trish leads our Customer Services team. She has held various roles throughout the years within the public sector and prior to joining healthAlliance, she was Watercare’s Chief Services Officer for four years.

Trish started her career as a nurse, training at Greenlane Hospital, and after nursing overseas for several years returned to Middlemore Hospital as Charge Nurse. After having five different roles over eleven years at Counties Manukau Health, she moved to Auckland DHB as Change Manager, helping the organisation make the changes needed in process, systems, roles and responsibilities to move into the new Auckland City Hospital. She was with Auckland DHB for three and a half years, before taking on a new role with Auckland City Council, where she managed a range of services and led the organisation's transformation programme.



Reid McRobieReid McRobie

Interim GM, Project & Programme Services

Reid leads our Project and Programme Services team. He trained as a chartered accountant before working for Midland Regional Health Authority in the early 1990s. At Midland he led the implementation of their Oracle systems, including the integration of disability support services payments. Reid then moved to the UK to work for six years, becoming an Oracle certified consultant and programme managing large transformations.

On his return to New Zealand, he programme managed Fonterra’s SAP global deployment. Following that, he joined the Fonterra IS leadership team, leading IS project services. During this 10 year period, he directly led large transformations and matured the project governance and delivery disciplines.



Kevin Robinson

Kevin Robinson

CIO & GM, Technology Services

Kevin has a rich history in the health technology sector, having worked at healthAlliance for 10 years. He has held a variety of senior management positions in the IT team over this time, including infrastructure, strategy, projects and solutions delivery roles.

He leads a large team of technology experts tasked with maintaining the Northern Region’s vast and highly complex IT systems, as well as implementing unique solutions that help our DHB customers deliver improved health outcomes to their populations. Prior to healthAlliance, Kevin worked at Wolters Kluwer Health.
